What is the Body Clock?
The Body Clock, or circadian rhythm, is the cycle of various organ systems in the human body. It controls our daily behaviors such as waking up, sleeping, fat metabolism, or the body's immune system. It ensures our body functions on time each day. If we live contrary to the 24-hour body clock schedule, or what some call the biological clock, our body systems will fluctuate and malfunction, making us more susceptible to various diseases.
24-Hour Body Clock Schedule:
1:00-3:00 AM: Liver working time,
best for deep sleep the liver stores nutrients and eliminates toxins. Sleeping soundly during this time promotes liver function. It's not suitable for eating as it can overwork the liver and cause toxin accumulation.
3:00-5:00 AM: Lung working time,
wake up to breathe fresh air Lung's exchange gases and aid in breathing. Waking up to breathe good morning air allows the lungs to oxygenate blood fully.
5:00-7:00 AM: Large intestine working time,

time to work the spleen controls blood volume and produces antibodies to fight diseases. It's not recommended to eat or sleep during this time as it can weaken the spleen.
